Practice from the night of 4/22/25. Finger-style electric guitar. Recorded live DI from pedalboard with some camera mic (iPhone) for ambience, because I thought it sounded nice. Sorry for some of the video stuttering, but the audio is fine.

"Interaction Factory" practice from 04/19/2025. DI live from pedalboard. 

[RECIPE] Mashed Potatoes, Garlic

 

INGREDIENTS

• 3x Medium Idaho Potatoes
• 1 tbsp.[?] fresh Garlic (2 - 3 cloves) 
• 1/2 tbsp. [?] Horseradish 
• 1/3 cup Sour Cream  
• 1 tbsp. (or more) Milk
• 4 tbsp. Butter
• Chachere's
• Salt & Pepper

DIRECTIONS

1.  Pull out Sour Cream, Milk, and Butter so they can reach room temperature
2.  Peel Potatoes and cut each into four pieces
3.  Boil Potatoes with a liberal amount of Chachere's for 20 - 25 minutes
4.  While the potatoes boil, mince Garlic [or just use a garlic press! -2018]
5.  Strain potatoes and let them sit until steam stops rising from them (about 10 minutes)
6.  Return Potatoes to pot, and add Garlic, Sour Cream, Butter, plus Chachere's/Salt/Pepper to taste
7.  MASH IT UP!!!
8.  Add Milk a little bit at a time until the potatoes are at desired consistency
9.  Taste and continue to season if needed
10.  ENJOY!!!
